It’s important to know that I didn’t always believe in a healthy lifestyle. Once upon a time I was actively addicted to drugs, heavily drinking, heavily promiscuous, and just all around engaging in risky behavior. It wasn’t until I saw my mom go through hip replacement surgery as well as my need for emergency surgery did my outlook change on life. It wasn’t easy changing my party habits but with dedication and a support system I can now say I am living proof that if you set your mind to something you can do it. So don’t get it in your silly head that I cannot relate to whatever it is you may be thinking… because you’re wrong! Chances are, I’ve been there, done that, and got that ugly t-shirt.

My experiences, extensive training, and passion for holistic well-being, is what dedicates me into empowering you to take charge of your health and create a balanced lifestyle that suits your unique needs and goals.
